The Bale Trail

Named after a local trail, our Bale Trail beans offer a clean, delicate cup.  Grown in the mountains of Jinotega, these beans feature bright acidity, a silky body, and layered notes of stone fruit, citrus , floral hints and raw sugar.  The light roast preserves the origin’s clarity and sweetness, making it perfect for pour-over or drip where the coffee’s elegant complexity and balanced profile can shine.
