The Big Drop - Medium Roast

A medium roast coffee characterized by a balanced flavour profile, featuring a harmonious mix of acidity, sweetness, and mild bitterness. At this level, the natural flavours  of the coffee bean are more pronounced, and you often detect nuanced notes such as caramel, chocolate, and mild fruity sweetness.

The roast retains some of the the beans origin flavours while offering a fuller body and a slightly less acidic taste compared to lighter roasts. The aroma is rich and inviting, with a smooth finish.
