Typically sourced from cooperatives in Heredia with washed processing to produce a clean, balanced cup with citric acidity, smooth body, and notes like milk chocolate, honey, and peanut butter. The washed (wet) process removes the fruit before drying, which highlights clarity, brightness, and cleaner flavours compared to natural or honey-processed coffees. A good everyday medium roast option. Great for drip, pour-over, French press — smooth with mellow flavor and balanced acidity.
