SLOW ROLL START

Cobán is in the Alta Verapaz region of Guatemala — a rainforest, high-elevation environment with a misty microclimate. This slow, natural growing climate produces dense, high-quality beans. Washed (wet) processing removes the fruit before drying, which tends to produce a cleaner, brighter cup — especially when roasted lighter. Light roast highlights bright acidity and clarity, great for pour-over or filter.
