Pedal Hard

Grown in the cool, rainy highlands of Alta Verapaz at 1300-1500 meters, this coffee benefits from rich soils and slow cherry maturation.  The result is a smooth, medium-bodied cup with low acidity and flavour notes of milk chocolate, cherry,  vanilla and nuts.  Organic farming and careful processing preserve its clarity and depth.  Ideal for pour-over, drip or Aeropress brewing.
